"Just not really my style"
The designs weren’t for me at all. They felt dated, with a lot of busy details and colors that didn’t really seem to go together. I was already feeling mentally drained, so trying to make sense of all the cluttered elements just made it more frustrating. I was hoping for something cleaner and more polished, but it all came across kind of messy

"Good Experience, Just a Little Slow at Payment"
Overall, I had a good experience and everything went smoothly for the most part. The only thing was that the payment took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, it was fine and I’d still consider using it again

"Nice site, but pricing and waiting were frustrating"
The site looks nice and is easy enough to browse, but I really didn’t like how unclear the pricing was. I had to click around for a while and still couldn’t figure out what I’d actually end up paying. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue just to get more info, which made it even more annoying. I’d much rather see simple prices or at least rough ranges upfront before having to contact anyone.

"Looked good at first, but didn’t hold up"
It looked nice for the first week, but then the corners started peeling up. I was like, really? For something you use every day, it just didn’t last. Not really worth it, honestly.

"Surprisingly decent for the price"
I ordered from dotanddashdesign.com and, to be honest, I was expecting the usual “looks better online than in real life” situation, because that’s apparently just how shopping online goes now. But the price was actually fair, the item showed up in good condition, and it looked nice. It didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel you get from some places that somehow still charge plenty. It’s not exactly luxury or anything, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d probably order from them again.

"Slow and Confusing to Use"
The site just felt really slow, and it was kind of confusing to get around. Pages took too long to load, then I’d finally get somewhere and still not be sure what to click next. It kept feeling slow, then confusing, then slow again. Not a terrible site, but the whole experience was frustrating.

"Workmanship could be better"
The item just didn’t feel very well finished to me. There were some rough edges and a few loose bits, like it had been put together in a hurry or something... I was hoping for a bit better quality, honestly.

I was expecting something a lot more meaningful, but it felt careless and left me upset. I guess they at least made it look like they tried, which is more than some places do, but the actual experience just wasn’t good. I wouldn’t order again.

"Clear communication and easy overall"
Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was clear for the most part, and when I had questions, I didn’t have to wait too long to get answers. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand, which I appreciated. There was one small delay in getting a reply, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d say they were easy to deal with and handled things well.

"Really happy with the quality, just a slower delivery"
I ordered a couple of things from dotanddashdesign, they turned out nicer than I was expecting. The print was sharp and clean, and the material felt sturdy instead of that cheap, flimsy feel you sometimes get online. To me, it felt like they actually put care into what they make. I’m giving it 4 stars only because shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again

I had to exchange my order, and while everything did get sorted eventually, the replies were a little slower than I expected. My gut told me to just be patient, and it turned out fine. Not a bad experience overall, just not the smoothest.

I ordered from dotanddashdesign.com and overall it was close to what I picked out. One small detail was different, which wasn’t the end of the world, but I did expect it to match exactly. The shipping and packaging were fine, though I got a little confused about the timing because I thought it was coming one day and then it seemed like it shifted. Nothing too dramatic, just a bit unclear. I might order again, but next time I’d probably double check all the details before placing the order.

"Nice Support, But the Wait Felt Like Forever"
Customer service did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, they were really nice once they did. But wow, the waiting felt like I was watching time move in slow motion. I was checking my inbox like it was a life-or-death situation. Overall, not a terrible experience, just definitely not the fastest. Kind of okay, kind of frustrating.

"Delivery Was Frustrating"
I ordered from dotanddashdesign the delivery was not great. They gave me a date at first, but then nothing showed up and I had to keep checking around for updates myself. I emailed them and eventually got a reply, but it was late and didn’t really explain about where my order actually was. It finally arrived way later than expected. The items were okay, but waiting around with no proper updates was really annoying. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time...

The order itself was totally fine once it arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I’ve seen other people mention getting theirs a bit faster, so maybe I just had bad timing. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little annoying since there weren’t many updates while I was waiting...
